Abstract
The dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is one of rare neoplasms which is characterized by bulky, protuberant tumor mass that looks like infected keloids. Histologically, it displays areas with uniform, closely aggregated spindle-shaped cells arranged in a storiform pattern.

We have presented a case of Dermatofibrosacoma protuberans which was widely excised and the defect was covered with Latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap and the donor defect was covered with mesh graft. The result was acceptable.
